Large smart tv Guest bathroom - tub/shower Kids media room - lounging chairs and smart tv and board games Upper Patio: Gas grill, dining and lounging chairs. Perfect views of the lake and great summer sunsets Lower Patio: Firepit and more outdoor dining space Bathroom - shower/toilet to use after time spent on the lake (don't have to access the home to enter) Lakefront: Small section of sand for kids to play, and dock (boat is not available for guests)
Other Details to Note
The driveway and the pea gravel area to the right of the driveway is the only parking available. Please do not use the street to park and do not park on the easement across the street. The driveway is steep and can be hard to back out of if it rains, please keep this in mind when pulling all the way down.
