Entrance level floor (from front door) - Open and spacious living room with gas fireplace and couch/seating area. Large windows to let in an abundance of light Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances, and island for gathering and entertaining Dining room with seating for six and counter stools for three Covered outdoor patio with greenery to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, views of downtown, or a view of the backyard and pool below. Half bathroom off the dining room and a mud room to the garage entrance Upper level floor - Primary bedroom features a King size plush mattress with luxury linens. Step outside to your private balcony with plants and a seating area. Ensuite bathroom has a walk in rain shower, dual sink vanity, and entrance to an expansive walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and closet. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub that shares access to the hallway. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, sitting nook, and built in storage. Lower level floor - Down the stairs to your left you will find Bedroom 4 which is a secondary primary bedroom with views to the patio area and pool. This bedroom has a King size bed, and walk in closet. Directly across from the bedroom is a bathroom with a walk in rain shower, and dual sink vanity. Laundry room with washer and dryer available for use. Office/Bedroom 5 contains a desk and comfortable chair for any remote workers, and a couch which pulls out into a Queen bed for additional sleeping space. Lower level living room has an oversized couch and smart tv. The sliding patio doors lead to the outdoor kitchen and living space. Half bathroom next to the patio. Lower covered patio/backyard - Outdoor kitchen (gas BBQ grill and fridge) for serving up cold drinks and hot eats! Large dining table, tv, and couches for lounging. Dimmable string lights set the mood for your occasion. The patio has overhead electric heaters to allow you to enjoy the space in the winter months. Sun loungers surrounding the pool for catching some rays, and corn hole/yard games for some friendly competition. Pool - Saltwater pool, open year round as it is heated in the winter. Please swim at your own risk, no lifeguards on duty. Outdoor showers made with ipe wood. Floaties and noodles are stored on site, but if you have favorites feel free to bring!
